Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
My (separated) husband and I are being verbally harassed via phones calls, text messages and Facebook messenger. They have not threatened any physical harm but have threatened to continue contacting other members of our family. Is it possible to press charges or obtain a restraining order against this person? I am in Indiana and this person is in North Carolina.

On these facts, no, if they have not threatened physical harm. If they are sending you 20/30 messages a day and you are REFUSING to respond to them, then maybe you can report that to the police, though most smartphones can be programmed to block offenders, and Facebook settings can be changed to do the same thing.
