Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
I was served a restraining order back in july from a crazy neighbor. We have done everything to ignore him, even moving. he was granted the restraining order since we could not go due to work and i was on bed rest. since we have moved we have recieved threatening letters ( usps) from him. in his handwritting. can he do this??? he even goes to my husbands job and delivers our certified mail (dont know how he got it) to my husband.

If they are physically threatening letters, take them to the police. You can always request modification of the restraining order, but failing to appear was not a good choice.
