Setence Reduction
Is there anyway in the state of Indiana that someone can get a setence reduction? My brother was sentence on 9/6/07 for 1100 days. The judge gave him the max amount of time and we are very shock. Is there anything that we can do? Is it a long shot to even try?

It is a very long shot, but at some point he can file a motion for a sentence modification.
