Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
I believe that the simple act of selling an illegal recording in Indiana is a violation of IC 24-4-10 which is a Class A Infraction. It is also listed as a violation of IC 35-43-5-4 (10) which would be a Class D Felony.
My question is that does word "or" at the end of IC 35-43-5-4 (9) mean that number (10) is a continuation of (9) and that you have to do (10) with the intent to defraud to make the act of selling a illegal recording a Class D Fenoly?

In this format, typically the paragraphs are interpreted to be independent of each other and not a "continuation".
