Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
My situation is very unique! I am on probation for misdemeanor domestic violence. It happened over a year ago, with the mother of my son. We were together but after that we were not. She has a restraining order. Over the course of this part year we we have hung out many times and see each other almost every day basically for our son. I get to her house every morning and take him to school. I pay $500 a month in child support. She has full custody. But I see my son alot if I play by her rules. My question is she hold me over the fire and anytime she wants she threatens child support, time with my son, calling the police. But she is escorting. I have stayed at her place with my son while she goes out and meets guys for sex. I know her alias, the website and I could expose all I know. She is threatening me and blackmailing me, I want to get away from her, but she threatens me. What can I do with the information of her prostitution?
