Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
My son was with a girl who said she was 18 on my space which turned out she was only 15, the police pulld him over cause his car was paked wrong, he is in jail now waiting bond, what will happen to the girl? also she is still on my space posing as a 18 year old.

Why would anything happen to her? Worry about your son right now. If you have access to her myspace page, print out everything that you can from it, particularly any reference that exists to her being 18 years of age. Your son's attorney will find this information helpful.
