Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
My son served 6 months in jail for break and entering. After he served he was let out no probation they charged him with a felony. He has moved to another state and is attending college but is having a difficult time getting a job. How can he get the felony off his record or is there something he can do to get a job?
