Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
My son had to testify againt another per his plea agreement. They asked him four questions and he answered each dishonestly. How many perjury charges does he receive? One for the case or One for each question?

If he lied under oath four times, he is guilty four times. How many are actually filed depends on the prosecutor.
