Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
special prosecutor
if a special prosecutor is court sworn
and i get to court and NOT that prosecutor
then why and what should i do? 2 different
prosecutors with same last name.

It doesn't matter who the individual attorney is assigned as your prosecutor. The people have the right to change lawyers. You have the same right.
