Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana

The state of Indiana has decided to issue a no contact order against me. We went to court today were she testified that she didn't want this and the state objected and the magistrate upheld the order. She is my witness as well the children have all talked to dcf and the cases were found unsubstantiated. The state recieved a letter from alleged victim in feb but didn't move till may to press charges and add the no contact order how can I and my family get back our right to live as a family
