What is the statute of limitation for prosecution of probation violation non support in Indiana ?

If a violation of probation is filed with the court, the time that would normally pass is tolled or frozen. It will not be resolved until addressed by the court. If one completes probation and a violation could have been filed but was not, then there should be little concern.
