Statutes of Limitations
I am wondering what the statute of Limitations are on a conspiracy to commit to dealing cocaine are in Indiana.

Most criminal charges have a 6 year statute of limitations -- that means if you are charged with an offense that ocurred over 6 years ago, the statute applies and the case is too old to prosecute. However, if charges were filed before 6 years from the date of the offense and you (or whoever is the defendant) have avoided the courts, the statute means nothing.
