Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
I stole around $4K from a former employer. Never been in trouble with the law before. They are wanting to press charges. I'm married with 2 young children - what am i looking at as far as jail time??

If theft ( a D felony), 6 months to three years. If a forgery or other C felony, 2 to 8 years.
