Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
stolen property
a brother in law has property that I was letting him use, which he paid for monthly while he was using it. he hasn't made the most recent payment and it refusing to take my calls and won't return the item. what recourse do I have

You can call the police and they can arrest him if you want to go that far.
