Stress testing
Do I have to take stress test if not charged. What if later charged. Please answer soon I'm a nervous wreak.

If you are talking about a Voice Stress Analyzer test (or something similiar) that the police are asking you to take, you do NOT have to take that. It's probably a really good idea NOT to take it. While the results might not be admissible in court, your answers to the questions might be. If the police are going to charge you, they will charge you. Be very careful with this sort of thing.
