three strike law
do we have the three strikes law in the state of Iniana?
I have a friend who is back in jail for the thrid time for drug offense (pot) he was on parol and violated his parol, this last time he did 13 years in the pin,he left state without walking papers and was arrested in an other state with pot and funds on him, does he get the three strikes sentence now?

IN does have a habitual violator statute for people who repeatedly commit felonies. The sentences do go way up.
