Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
Can I sue a business for charging me with trespassing when the court found me not guilty? I had to spend $4000 for an attorney and spend 2 years in and out of court and I also was turned down management jobs because of the charge.

Businesses don't charge with crimes, only prosecutors. You may have a case if you can prove that the company KNEW that a police report they made or testimony they gave was false.( a not guilty verdict by itself does NOT prove that)
