Can you sue the parents of a bully?
If a child on the bus bullies another child both verbally and physically, can the victim's parents sue the bullies parents for failure to control their child?

First you talk to the bus driver.If it doesn't stop, next you talk to the school counselor. If that doesn't help, the principal is next. The purpose in all this is to keep the other kids from ostracizing your child.
If there was physical harm, the counselor or principal should take immediate action - usually by suspending the bully and notifying authorities.
Few lawyers would take your case if you don't first try to resolve it internally.
