I suspect co-worker is embezzling

I suspect a co-worker has opened a bank account in a neighboring state with the same company name, and has been depositing our company checks. I have two checks, endorsed only with a stamp of the acct #. Her bank will only confirm the company name on the account which is identical. How can I find out more regarding this co-workers bank account? The bank say they cannot release any more info. The customers bank cannot file claim because check was deposited by ''correct'' company.

Why don't you ask your co-worker in private what she is doing? Until then I wouldn't go sharing your suspicions with anyone.
