Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
Taking a Felony off my record
I have a class d felony of fraud that happened 7 years ago I was wondering if that can be taken off my record and are the places that say they do that online like ''clearmyrecord'' reputable? Or should I contact a real lawyer to do it?

Re: Taking a Felony off my record
I have my doubts about it being completely removed as a conviction. I've never heard of that company, but I think you'd be better served by contacting an attorney in your area who is familiar with the Courts in your county.
