Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
I am a teacher, and one of my students stole a $250 Ipod with over $100 of music on it. Another student witnessed the theft, but the school's only response is "this is one student's word over another." Do I have enough to press charges against the student?

You may report it to the police if you wish. Only the State of Indiana can press charges.
