is an alledged victims testimony enough evidence to convit someone on three counts of sexual misconduct with a minor dont they need like physical evidence or something

If the jury believes the minor's story, it's absolutely enough. Obviously it's not the strongest case for the state, but they doesn't mean that they won't prosecute, and win. Anyone charged with such a crime needs to hire an experienced attorney to represent them.
