Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
Theft?
My exboyfriend is refusing to give back my things (computer, camera, etc). I have asked several times and he has not brought them back and will not tell me where he is located to go get them. Can I take any legal action to get them back?

Sue him for conversion; the court can award you up to 3 times the actual value of the items, plus attorney fees. Or you can report him to the police. If you plan to sue, you should send him a specific written demand before you do that. Then, see a lawyer.
Good luck.
