Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
I did a trade with a guy for some cattle. I traded him 3 just weaned jersey bull calves for 1 houlstein steer about 450lbs and a smaller jersey calf. This was on Monday the guy called me wanting to trade so I did. Then I get a call Wednesday from him saying they were sick and are dying. He says that he is going to have the vet write something and said he has already talk to his attorney. Can he take me to court for this?
