Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana

I have trial date of feb 2011 for a class c felony I have a lawyer but she returns my calls 3 percent of the time . she tells me lie detector are not amitted in court.(i want to take one to prove my innocence.she also said she cant re exam the arresting officer(my account of what happened is not the same but when she questioned she never ask any questions concerning the differences of the story how can I get anothet lawyer or is the damage already done.

1. Polygraphs are not admssible in Indiana unless both sides agree.

2. There may be avery good reason that your attorney doesn't want the state to hear your version of events before trial. Ask her. If you're having a hard time reaching her by phone, make an appointment with her.

3. You can always hire another attorney to represent you.
