Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
is it true that the courts or proscuter have 72 hours to charge a person with a offical charge after being held for 48 hours or can they charge you after a month?

Not exactly, though the person may have a civil remedy if held in jail that long without a charge being filed. See an attorney and provide all the facts to determine whether there is a solution.
