Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
i am a victim of a domestic violence case in evansville indiana. i am being served a deposition subpoena. i dont want to go to it nor have anything to do woth the case period. can i get in trouble for not attending the deposition? how do i get out of the case period or get the charges dropped?

Yes

You can call the prosecutor's office, identify yourself, and ask the m to drop it. You can not MAKE them do it, and you can't just walk away from it.
