Warrants Issued
When are warrants issued? Are they issued as soon as someone press charges?

A judge has to sign a warrant, so whenever the judge signs it. However, you could still be arrested by the police as well if they have probable cause to believe you committed a certain offense. If you get charged, you may call me for a free consultation.
