Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
work release and probation
I have been in work release almost 6 months and the whole time I have been in work release I have also been following the guidelines of my probation agreement, which includes reporting to my probation officer monthly, and paying my fees. I know that work release days are 2 for 1, and probation is day for day. Since I have been doing both would that count as 3 for 1?

no, you'll only get 2 for 1.
