Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana

I work for a co. that had secured finced in parking for its employes thay fired the guards ten the gates will not close or thay wont close them thay have cameras bt no one watching them and the property is not posted eather, back at about three years now a person came onto the property and also came into the building ten walked across the offoce parking and stolded my mortor cycle then in a week anouther one was stolded we asked about all this if thay belived thay were libale bue the hr person said thay were no different then wal-mart or andy place eles that thaywere not libale for anything at all i have waited for a time because the police have a picture of theperson that stoled my bike but to no use nothing recovered the bikeonly had pl-pd.col. and uninsured on it for we were working just four days a week and that was all i could afford so is the co. libale for my loss through neglect and as of today we still have no securitey and the gates are open 24-7 and no signs up anyplace on the property what so ever..
