Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
If someone worked in a christian based children's facility as a night staff person who did room checks to ensure kids were intheir rooms and she was 29 was found having a sexual relationship with a 17 year old male which was found out through texts could she be charged with anything. She lives in indiana where legal age is 17 he will 18 in a month. And she really isnt in a position of power their just room checks n cooked. She has been fired since they found out.

I would say it was possible that she could be charged.
