I am a 20 year old sophomore at Wabash College. I'm on probation for a misdeamor DUI that I received in October of 2010. This is my first run offense with the law in my entire life. I was sentenced to one year probation on March 1st. I was smoking marijuana frequently in February, which I told my probation officer and drug evaluation supervisor. I had my first test on March 11th which I failed. I have been clean from marijuana since then but I believe I still failed my second test which was three weeks later on April 1st. I'm afraid of getting my probation revoked and serving jail time. Although my nervousness has been getting the best of me, I have been very proactive with my probation completing most of my 50 hours of community service and starting a drug/alcohol class. What should I expect at my next meeting (April 29th)

All depends on what county your offense was in. You need to ask this question of a lawyer in that county.
