Accident
I had two dirty martinis from 6pm to 9:30pm. After visiting with friends I started home around 1:30am. I have an hour drive home and it was snowing when I hit a slippery patch, lost control and hit a light pole and settled in a ditch around 2am. The time was around 2:30am when I finally recieved help. I was asked later if I had been drinking. I didn't think that the hours way before the accident were relevant so I stated No. I was recieved at the hospital and my urine was taken at least an hour after being admitted and blood was taken at least an hour or so after that. I wasn't charged with anything or given a ticket for anything. My question is even though a lot of time went by since the consumption of alcohol and I was released without being charged with anything...If alcohol was to show in any of the test can I still be in trouble?
