I've been charged DWI & Resisting arresting
I was convicting 2yrs. ago with a mistmeaner battery on a police officer.
My public thinks he might be able to get me house arrest, with the previous charge can it happen ?

If you meant to say your ATTORNEY thinks house arrest is an option, listen to him. He has the best perspective on this case, because he knows the facts and who the judge is. No one on this forum knows those things, which are vital for an answer.
