I was charged with a O.V.W.I. First offense, clean driving record. Not alcohol, prescription medication. What is this charge in Indiana? And possible things that can happen to me judgement wise

I dont understand what you mean by the question "what is this charge in Indiana?" the remainder of your question is vague. Nevertheless, you could be sentenced to jail, fined and ordered to counseling. You may have to participate in a victims panel and be sentenced to probation. You may also receive a suspended sentence or even a deferred prosecution.
