county court and BMV
can you enter into a plea agreement and then have the BMV come in at the sentencing and slap 10 additional years onto your license suspension? wouldn't that fall under double jeopardy?

The BMV can admistratively suspend you as a Habitual Violator if you have a certain number and type of violations. Unfortunately for you, it's not double jeopardy.
