my daughter has chgs for theft pending and is now in jail for dui. The court is having a hearing on Friday for a bond rovation. can you explain what this means and what will happen if her bond is revoked and which bond are they revoking? The first one?

The bond revocation is because she picked up a new charge while she was on bond. What this means to you is that most likely unless she has a good attorney her bond that you recently posted for the theft will be revoked and she will then either have a no bond for a while or a new bond will be set by the court.
She will then eventually have a bond set on the other new case as well. Thus she will need to post 2 bonds- unless you can show good reason why they shouldn't revoke her bond- ultimately it is up to the Judge to decide. Her bond amounts also are determined on any previous charges, job history, etc
