driving while htv
lost my licenes for 10 years. was to get them back in 2003. got stoped for speeding and driving while htv. will i lose them for life.

In the state of Indiana, if one's driving license is suspended for ten years, they might be able to obtain a hardship license after five. If suspended for life, it's possible to obtain a hardship after ten years.
In the facts as provided, it appears you might be charged with a C felony. If so and if convicted, then it would seem like a life suspension could result.
