help in drunk driving case
I was pulled over and asked to submit to a field subriety test I said yes and I passed it, But then he gave me a breathalizer test and I failed it I blew a .12 I was polite and as halpful as possible. will it help me in court that I passed the field subriety test and was polite and helpful to the officer.

It might. Since you have a pass on the field sobriety test, but a .12 on the breath test you should consider hiring an attorney to help you defend this case. You may have more options than you think.
