Legal Question in DUI Law in Indiana

DUI Conviction 14 yrs ago

I Had 2 convictions for DUI in Ky 14 yrs ago. I live in In. now and want to know if these would show on an employment background check. I have lived in In. for 12 yrs with no criminal or traffic violations to date.

They might. However, you can petition for expungement in KY if you qualify.
