can I get someone a DUI
My soon to be ex husband constantly drives drunk. He already has 2 DUI's and often has his child (from a previous marriage) in the car with him while under the influence. We are going through a divorce and will soon be starting custody battles. My question is this: Can I report his when he is driving under the influence. I know the bar he goes to every weekend and I would simply have to call and report him when he left. Can I remain anonymous? And if it is found that I reported him, will his DUI stand? Will it cast a bad light on me?
