Dui
I was picked up on my first DUI charge last night. It was a Class A misdeamor and I have never been convicted of any other crimes. My court date is tomorrow morning at 9:00am so I don't have time to get a lawyer. Do you recommend a lawyer or how should I plead?

You should definately go hire a lawyer. You are facing one year in jail, not to mention: fines, fees, costs, and a license suspension. If you plead guilty without a lawyer, you truly are at the mercy (or lack thereof) of the court. Tell the Court you need a short continuance to hire an attorney.
