false dwi
slid off road, no wittnesses, i was out of car when law enforcement arrived, car was towed, took breath test, blew .07 on site, police took me in, and 3hrs later i blew a .14. they took my liscense and my car. i was arrested and charged with dwi. spent the night in county jail, and was released on bond. how should i go about fighting this incident leagally?

You need to hire an attorney right away! You should have been given a certified breath test within 2 hours of driving the car. You have a lot of issues that you aren't going to be able to handle alone.
