With a felony DUI, my husband is in prison for a year. He has taken classes to help lessen the time to nine months. My question is, can a modification be done to help lessen more time? I don't know if family hardships count, and this is why I am asking because of our home situation. Is there a certain wording that I can use to help with this?

I am unaware of any family hardship that serves as a basis for having a sentence reduced.
