Once you plead guilty in court can it be reversed by a lawyer, if not does the judge determine your sentence?

It's VERY rare that a judge will allow you to withdraw a guilty plea. However, if you haven't been sentenced yet, then an attorney can argue on your behalf for a lenient sentence.
