My husband had an accident on his motorcycle and was taken to the hospital after drinking. The accident report says his BAC was .105 but that they're waiting for the blood work. This was almost 3 weeks ago and we haven't heard from the sheriff's office in Clark County and they weren't at the hospital with us. How long does it usually take? What is the typical punishment? It's his first offense.
