My husband had a DWi 5, 7, and about 15 years ago. They wer all misdemeanors. Now he has gotten another dwi for being .11 alcohol limit. I was driving but had to pull over and nurse the baby abd he started driving and was pulled over. OUr son was 9 weeks at the time. They are trying to charge him with a felony class D and also habitual with is a felony class B. Is there anyway to get the charge reduced to a misdemeanor?
