I live in Morgan County, Indiana. My license was suspended for ten years due to an OWI in 2004. I was told by the BMV that I would be eligible to petition the court for a conditional license in 2009. However, I do not know how to do so. I tried writing to the judge in my case to request a hearing and he told me if I filled out the proper forms he would grant the hearing. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find anyone who will tell me what forms I need to fill out or how to go about this. Can you possible lead me in the right direction? I would appreciate it SO much! Thanks!

This is not an "I just need the right forms" issue. You really need to hire an attorney to get this done for you, and I would suggest you look for one in your community.
