Legal Question in DUI Law in Indiana

Minor Consumption, Drunk and Disorderly, and Public Intoxication

This weekend I was arrested at a bar for minor consumption, drunk and disorderly, and public intoxication in Indiana. I'm a 20 years old college student and have never been in any sort of trouble. How does this process work(noone seems to want to help me figure out what's going on) ? And what am I likely faced with?

You're facing jail time. You'll first go for an Initial Hearing where you'll be told your charges. Then there'll be a pre-trial conference, and finally a trial (if necessary) Depending on where you are and what kind of lawyer you hire you may serve some time or you may be able to get it all suspended.
