second minor consumption
I got a minor Consumption in july and i was put on 6 months of probation and about 3 months into probation i got another monor and i have court tomarow what penalties should i exspect to recieve in court for the first one i got 16 service hours and my license suspended for a month and one alcohal and substance contol class what should i exspect this time?

You can anticipate that the Court could revoke your probation on the first case and give you a jail sentence, if you plead guilty on the new case.
